Hi Kragskov,

If you create a checkout profile at Auctiva -> Profiles(tab) -> Checkout which contains your return policy, you can then load that checkout information into the lister page.

Once you have created a profile, it can be loaded into the lister page by selecting it from the appropriate profile pulldown menu on the lister page and clicking "Load".
