As with anything Ebay does with all their many useless changes, there's bound to be glitches. I never had a return policy, yet I've been listing without getting any warnings.

As long as you are still able to list I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks for the link Reba...I finally added a return policy the other day. Wonder what they'll come up with next
