hmmm no idea why it's not working for you.

question - are you trying to set the return policy when editing the listing, or are you trying to set the return policy in your checkout profile?

if youre doing it when creating a listing, try going to profiles and creating a checkout profile, click the "choose return policy" when editing checkout profile, and then after saving the profile, load the whole profile into your listing.
