I called and told them that I couldnt even request help because of the ERRORS. He sent me an email just now:

Just talked to you on the phone. I was going to try and have you hit a direct server, but it looks like the problem is universal accross all of our servers. All I can say for the moment is that we're working on fixing the server error that is currently coming up on the servers. We'll most likely post a message to the community boards when all is well.
