Sorry to bump this back up, but I sent in a support ticket on the 16th and still haven't heard any reply.

Auctiva, I need this sorted out. I can't list anything else until I can be sure that I'm not going to lose the description, and if I can't make any new listings, then there's little point in me paying you almost 10 bucks a month is there.
