Hi spotmom,

Any listings that are saved within your Auctiva account will remain stored on your "Saved Listings" page unless you delete them. I can't imagine a situation that would cause us to lose the saved listing information of our customers, but, if you want, you could potentially paste your item descriptions and other vital listing information into a word document or spreadsheet and save it on your local machine.
