Hi Kim.
EST is Eastern Standard Time and COT is Continuous Time of Day. This does not take Daylight Savings Time (DST) into consideration.
Possible fix is to click on 'My Account' and then 'Settings' right under it. Then click on 'Account Settings' and look under 'Listing Management'. There is a little check box that mentions Daylight Savings Time. Using that may help your situation.
