Reply to "Scheduled Listings are not posting-error Not posted in Time"

Hi Annette,

Thanks for letting us know about this. I suspect you already heard back from us in response to the support request you mentioned filing, but we did have a couple technical hiccups yesterday that caused our database to be slow to respond for a couple short periods of time.

These issues would have accounted for the postings that failed for which the "Not Posted in Time" error message was displayed and also would have accounted for the error you mentioned receiving when trying to select images.

We apologize for any inconveniences these issues caused you. These issues have since been resolved so, if you are still seeing either of these problems, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
