Scheduled listings NOT posting as scheduled!!

Hello. I recently signed up for Auctiva and have used the service for three auctions now. I've been using the scheduled listing option, but I'm going nuts 'cause none of them are starting as scheduled.

I'm in the Eastern Time Zone, three hours ahead of the Pacific Time Zone. I keep listing things to begin/end at 8pm EST (11 PST). Instead, they've been starting at 2pm EST, 5pm EST and 2am EST!

Surely there's a simple solution. Has anyone else had this problem? How'd you fix it?
