Scheduled listings not posting at scheduled time

why are my scheduled listings not launching at the scheduled time? i have my account set for my time zone and schedule auctions to fit it. why are they not launching for hours after the "scheduled" time? i had auctions scheduled to list at 7:00pm EST and its now 7:38 and they haven't launched. thanks.
