Reply to "Scheduled time is off by 1 hour PST"

I thought I noticed the same thing happening last week on one of my scheduled auctions but I just thought it was me.

Tonight I was watching one of my scheduled auctions and sure enough, it was off by one hour.

The auction was set for 1800 PST and posted at 1700 PST.

This should be an easy fix.
