Scheduler shows dollars instead of UK £ and dosn't post listing

Maybe it is trying to post on the US site or something but I error checked and it said its fine then i go to schedule it for 2 hours later and it says this:

"The following 1 listing(s) were unable to be scheduled because they are invalid and need to be edited before being scheduled:.."

Also the time is shown in PST (-08:00) (California time) - I thought maybe its because the time is already passed, so i changed to day a day forward and it shows exactly the same error.

Am I doing something wrong because this really looks like a bug to me.
