Auctiva is great here about answering help tickets. Normally answered within 30 minutes.

When I first started with Auctiva back during the summer..what I didn't know right off the bat was the scheduling. I'm on EST and Auctiva was on PST. I put the time in assuming it was MY time, and when they didn't list for three hours, WHAM! I figured it out.
