Scheduling Calendar Pops Up then disappears

I've been trying to schedule listings, I click Schedule on the listing itself, then the link for the calendar, it pops up then disappears before I can click the date I want...
ALSO, weird is if I go to help and try to click on a topic, I get 403 Forbidden and cannot view any topics...I'm running Vista but didn't have the scheduling problem until last week.
Anyone have any suggestions?
