Scolling e-bay window

I've got e-bay token, scrolling window shows up on my first 17 ebay auctions (when i joined). I've added 4 new auctions through ebay, but scrolling windows are not showing up on them, neither are the 4 new items showing up on the 1st 17 auctions.

I've also re-submitted for new ebay token after i added the 4 new auctions, still no luck. Can i get a little advice ?
