Reply to "screwed on insurance"

Hi Ms.Killion & Community,

This discrepancy is actually due to a "bug" in Paypal's system concerning their handling of 3rd party checkout systems, such as ours. When a customer completes the Auctiva checkout process, Paypal lists the first shipping service offered on the listing on their notifications, rather than the actual shipping service selected by the buyer. We have brought this to their attention but they have yet to give us any indication of if/when it will be address.

When using Auctiva Checkout, I reccomend using the Auctiva "Checkout Complete" notification to confirm the shipping service selected by your buyer. Or, you can access the same information at any time by clicking the "Checkout Details" link next to the item on your Auctiva "Transactions" page.
