I have found that Auctiva is right, too. As an added precaution, though, I created an email template that verifies shipping method, address, insurance, etc. that I send after I receive the Auctiva checkout email. If the email info is right, the buyer doesn't have to do anything, if there are mistakes, they can email the corrections. It may be overkill, but I'm just starting out and I can't afford mistakes at this point and every dollar counts too!
