This is a big flaw. Auctiva has a problem with paypal, so I have a problem with paypal? No, my problem is with Auctiva. This just cost me a $15, and I am not even sure if the customer's $600 item is covered by insurance because I didn't ship the way Auctiva's checkout shows I did. Combined with the fact that Auctiva still lets eBay customers buy Auctiva insurance on UPS deliveries that are under $100 even though insurance is provided at no extra charge by UPS renders Auctiva checkout and insurance as a liability to me, and I will discontinue using them. It is a shame these issues aren't explained to Auctiva users before they create problems. While Auctiva has been of much assistance to me, as I increase my number of sales, the number of bugs with Auctiva makes Auctiva like a beta test program.
