scrolling gallery

Hi, i have just upgraded my account and im trying to get the scrolling gallery working. i tried in import my listing from ebay and for some reason i only have 95 out of the 147, does anyone know why this is? i also made changes to the gallery last night i.e. colours and nothing has been updated on my ebay site, can anyone help because i want all my listing with auctiva.
Any help would be grateful.
