scrolling gallery

Hello,
I have looked for an answer, but could not find one readily available ... sorry if the answer is already in the community log.
I have changed the HTML description of one of my items, and the change resulted in the disappearance of the scrolling gallery. Is that usual? If so, how to I put the gallery back into my description.
