scrolling gallery general setup

ok so i set up an account here at auctiva and generated an ebay token and after that i decided to set up a scrolling gallery for use on my auctions. However there seems to be a problem because my auctions are not showing up in the scrolling gallery and when i click on the listings tab in auctiva it tells me that i have no listings which is odd because i do have listings on ebay at the moment.

ive gone ahead and put the scrolling gallery into one of my current auctions on the chance that soon the gallery will be automaticly updated or something but i would like to know:
will the scrolling gallery show my items soon?
do i need to have an ebay store for the scrolling gallery to function correctly or can i just list as normal auction like i normally do? i dont have a store with ebay currently and dont think i want one yet.
