Reply to "Scrolling Gallery Listings..."

Hi Wildeyes,

Since there are ended listings showing up in your scrolling gallery, it is most likely that your token is invalid or that you have some listings "stuck" in active status in your Auctiva account. We would need to take a look at your specific account to form a definitive conclusion at to what's going on though.

In the mean time, you should be able to remove these items from your scrolling gallery manually by clicking the "Store Items" link under the "Store" tab within your account and marking them as "hidden". If you were to do so, the items marked as "hidden" would be removed from your scrolling gallery the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 4 hours.
