Hi mommy21101,

The only reason I can think of that the scrolling gallery would not be appended to one of your listings is if that listing already contains the  tags that mark the beginning and end of the scrolling gallery HTML. The presence of one of these tags would prevent our system from appending the scrolling gallery because it would think the listing already contained it.
