We are not aware of issues with the new scrolling gallery such as you have described, so it is unclear what may be occurring for you with the relists you refer to.

I'd suggest that you file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know the details of this issue as well as providing a few examples of listings where you have seen this behavior so we can take a look into it for you.
