Thanks for getting back to me.

You say you do not have a good idea when it will be resolved but are we talking days, weeks, months, years or could this be a permanent issue?

Do you know if the problem is account based or throughout the whole system? I ask because I wonder if I closed my account and then re-registered would it make any difference?

Its been 4 days now and I dont really see any light at the end of the tunnel so I am starting to ask myself whether I should stay with Auctiva or go to a premium service? I dont really want to pay to use the gallery when Auctiva offer it for free, but if the Auctiva service is always going to be so problematic, it will probably work cheaper, in terms of lost revenue, to pay for a premium service.

It is a shame because auctiva is such a great service.
