Scrolling gone..

I have been using the Auctiva Templates for the last two days and had no bother till now..when I list a template the Auctiva Scrolling Window has gone..this is only on new ones I'm creating and the window is ticked in the box to say I want matching scrolling window..my other listed items are scrolling happily..
