Scrolling Store Window Images Not Displayed

Can anybody help me? I've just signed up with Auctivia so I'm new to all this! I've listed my items on Ebay through the website and they have appeared, but when I accessed the listings to see if the scrolling store window was up & running no images are being shown, only the item description is being shown and a caption saying 'Loading Image' appears where the photos should be. Have I failed to do something or does it just take time for them to appear?
Any help would be much appreciated.
