scrolling store window not refreshing

I hope someone in here can help me...support was no help at all. This is my problem, I revised some of my listings..a gallery pic,titles, & . These changes are not showing up in the scrolling window and its been about 3 days since I made these revisions. I clicked on delete cookies,delete files and cleared history in Internet Explorer and I even did it through AOL. But still nothing..what else is there to dobefore the info in the window appears revised?
