Changing your scrolling gallery preferences in your Auctiva account does not actually affect the scrolling galleries that are already present in your listings because your old scrolling gallery preferences are already defined in the description HTML of those listings.

However, your new scrolling gallery preferences will be applied to any new listings you post after updating your scrolling gallery specifications. In order to change the look of the scrolling gallery in your listings in which it was already present before you updated your preferences, you would have to remove the scrolling gallery HTML from those listings, and then request that we append your new scrolling gallery to them.
