Scrolling window doesn't scroll

New to Auctiva here -- found it a week or so ago. When I originally set up my site, the scrolling window scrolled beautifully. The other day, when viewing my Auctiva Store, the window stayed static rather than scrolling. I've double checked the enable scrolling option and other settings. Anyone???
