Reply to "Scrolling window not showing on listings"

Hi Blue,

Welcome to Auctiva!

I just reviewed your account and verified that all 54 of your current eBay listings have been imported into your Auctiva account and are displayed on your active listings and Auctiva store pages.

The reason the store window has not been added to any of these listings is because the store window setting is disabled in your account. TO re-enable this feature, please click the "Account Settings" link under the "My Account" tab, choose "Yes" from the pull down menu next to "Use Auctiva Store Window" and click the "Update Account Preferences" button below. Once you have enabled this setting, any listings posted thereafter will contain the Auctiva store window.

If you would like the store window added to your listings that are already active, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page, and our support staff will be able to have them appended for you.
