Reply to "Scrolling Window still empty after 24 hours"

It is flipping annoying to say the least. On my listings, its says "To take advantage of this feature, you must have the latest version of Flash Player." I have Flash Player though. I have had a response back through the Auctiva Help Desk, and even they dont know what is causing it. It displays fine in Mozilla apparantly. So the problem is in IE7. Hmmm!
