When you do seller details, first switch to 'standard'. Fill out each section, one by one, keep continuing through til you're done with the last one and save them all at one time. Give them a name like 'master' or whatever. ALL of the seller details, shipping, contact us, etc are kind of considered ONE profile so you have to go through them all. (You can skip ones that you don't need or want). But that's what messed me up too at the beginning, I was tying to do them seperately, they don't work that way. I only use payment and shipping, but I went all the way through to the end, leaving the others blank and then saved. See if that will work for you.
Then when you create a listing, after choosing a template, there will be a dropdown box to the right, click on that and whatever you've put in will show up. (It wont work without a template tho)
