Second chance offer

Hi,

Just curious, has anyone requested through eBay the contact information for a bidder. I know from reading in help section that if you make this request, they will supply the bidder your contact information as well. I was not payed for a listing and now after going through the process of filing a unpaid item dispute, have offered a second chance offer to next highest bidder for 5 days. It's down to 2 days now and haven't heard back anything. This was a high priced bid. Has anyone requested the contact info. (telephone) and made contact to make sure if they wanted it or not in case they just haven't logged on? Or would you recommend doing this anyways even if you haven't made the request to close a potential sale? Thanks a bunch!
