HI, i have filed a report! I have done every suggestion everybody has listed and still nothing! Nobody has contacted me back from the support team besides we are working on the problem! I do not edit my pics through auctiva i do that on my computer before i download them! I have my pop up off, i downloaded foxfire, i deleted cookies, i deleted my whole computer and reloaded all of my software! So there has to be a problem somewhere. I did not change anything on my computer when this problem started. I made a listing pics came up fine, made a second one pics would not come up and have had this problem ever since! I have tried everthing!
