Selecting image not working

Was listing but all of the sudden when selecting image it stopped showing the images so I can't upload the images.

I checked with Tom's thread and all my cars are showing. I deleted all of my internet temp files. I ran the Ad-ware and deleted those. I ran my virus protector and none was there.

Still not able to upload. Are there any recent changes I need to know?
