Sell similar item?

Hi peeples

Had an energetic day and loaded bunch of images
Now I want to "sell similar item" using the existing sell details

I know I read it somewhere but fergot...do I use saved listings only? I opened saved listings but of course they are "active" also and don't want to screw up the active listing.

Somebody know?
