Sellathon counter malfunction?

I've been using the Sellathon counters on my auctions, and they've done very well at counting as well as giving me the rating reports of the most visited items. Now, when I click on the counters, instead of going to the ratings, I get a message that I'm not using Sellathon, so I don't get the report. But I am using the counters. Is Sellathon having some problems?
