Sellathon Counter question

How do I activate the sellathon counter? I have activated my sellathon account and selected Sellathon Counter in my listings, yet there is no sign of the counter in the finished listing.

And how does the hidden counter work? Can only I see it and can everyone see the counter in the non hidden counter?
