Reply to "Sellathon Counters Not Working?"

I spent two weeks with an open ticket to the "engineering" department regarding my lack of counters. They finally appeared a few hours before my listings ended on Monday, but the new listings that began on Monday have no counters again. Is someone at Auctiva able to provide an update on the problem with the counters?
