Seller Details - Contact Section

I'm way out of the loop - haven't listed for almost a year and not since eBay said we can't include email addresses in listing.

I used to have that in the Contact Section. Now that we can't can someone please fill me in on what we Can put in the contact section? Are we allowed to put in a customer service phone number or some such? What do you do?
