Reply to "Seller Details Not Responding"

Hi- I would write support. Know this does not help you tonight.. but not sure what problem could be.

Also, normally big updates are not done on week-ends and normally when they are done, auctiva gives announcement so we can plan a little bit ahead.

IF there is a site problem that has been reported that is affecting quite a few when you file support case there is drop down that tells about problems they know are going on and trying to fix.

Auctiva is very good about responding to questions on forums (which I find RARE which gives them an A++ in my book) and through support. Obviously on week-ends forums are not responded to as much (if any) but I have filed support on week-ends and had no problems so far.

As far as I am concerned they are TOPS in customer service! (yes, like ebay and everyone else they can be frustrating and I think they will say I can be too) but all in all I find them very willing to help and they respond to forums which I find HIGHLY unusual for most companies.
