Reply to "Seller details not showing up in listing template"

Hi!
I just checked your account, and was able to select your Seller details after I chose a template. Are you saving the template to the listing once you have selected it? If you aren't, then the Seller Details would be greyed out.
Please let us know if you are still having difficulty with that...thanks!
