Reply to "Seller details not working"

Well, I filed my support case. I have tried 3 times in the last 2 hours to error check, save or post an auction. No matter which I try, I get eBay would not accept because of item description. When I look, there is no item description. Everything else is there, just not the " " . I'm on Firefox.
