thank you for responding... no, i had not changed anything when auctiva just refused to upload my images... i've checked everything, downloaded latest firefox, doubled checked what i'm allowing, and my FIRST route was with SUPPORT, who say it's not them... i just wish they would at least LOOK to see if i have a glitch!!!

i have been using auctiva for about 3 years with an average of 500 listings at a time, so its not that i don't know (kinda) what i'm doing, but i don't seem to see an opportunity to "use the HTML loader", like used to pop up when i clicked "select images"...

and i HAVE loaded images into a folder beforehand, i just can't get to them!

would you be so kind as to give me a "click-by-click" map to get to what i need to do?
