Reply to "Server Error Since Last Night!"

Just to bring things up to date. i went to customer support who suggested I clear my cookies etc. I have now done this but it has made no difference. From the tone of their reply it does not appear that customer support realises that many users are having the same problem. I have told them that I am not alone in this.
