Set-up won't allow for 0% commission

I'm selling some items for family and want to keep track of their fees (so they can pay them from the proceeds of their auction), but don't want to charge them commission (they are family, after all)...
The commission set-up won't let me use 0% for the fixed percentage, or $.00 (or even $0.00) for the fixed rate. Is there a minimum commission charge required for this type of arrangement, or is there another way to set it up?
