Reply to "Shipped items not syncing with ebay"

Hello itsjustme,

there is a known issue at this time regarding shipping data coming back from eBay and displaying on the Sales page of your Auctiva account.  Our engineers are aware of the issue and are seeking a solution.  I will update this thread as soon as we have more information regarding this issue.

In the meantime, for items you have marked on eBay, you can use the tools available on the Sales page to mark the same transactions in Auctiva .
