No. You're DC info must show that it was successfully delivered. He'll file item not received, and because the DC shows the item was not delivered, he will win.

Have you tried calling the buyer's PO to find out what's going on? Address information is ever-changing, so it's possible that something has changed recently, but all of USPS's systems haven't caught up yet. Either way, the buyer's PO is the place that I would start.

There's no reason that this can't end amicably. Contact your buyer and let them know what's going on. Tell them you're going to contact their post office to see if you can resolve the issue. He may not know that there is a problem with his address info, and verifying it with the PO is the only way to find out.
