Shipping comes up as "Not Specified"

Is anyone else having this problem. WE just started a new ebay/auctiva account and when we list our items the shipping profile is loaded to the listing correctly and when the item launches to ebay it comes up as "shipping not specified." We previewed every listing on auctiva last night before it was launched and the correct shipping info came up. This has been going on for 2 weeks now and we don't know why. I don't think it's auctiva's problem if anyone has had this problem and has iny info we'd appreciate it.
